Caring for your suitcase

PRODUCT CARE

When used without their protective covers suitcases will pick up scratches, abrasions, and nicks over time.

While scratches may cause the underlying surface to appear worn, our suitcases will still provide protection for your contents, no matter the bump or bruise.

We recommend removing dirt or residue from our suitcase by wiping the case with a soft, slightly damp cloth.

Cleaning solutions must NOT contain abrasives, as these cleaners may damage the case surface or leave scratch marks.

Also do not use solvents, polish or cleaners that contain bleach as these may affect the colour of your suitcase.

For your polycarbonate & polypropylene luggage pieces, we recommend coating a soft cloth or sponge in lukewarm water and

mild soap or bleach free all-purpose spray and cleaning the shell in a vertical motion.

Do NOT use any cleaners or agents such as ammonia, acetone, benzene or chloroform.

Cleaners that include phenol or any of these ingredients can damage your suitcase.

To keep the wheels on your case rolling smoothly, they also require cleaning, be sure to rotate the wheels completely to remove any dirt.

STORING YOUR SUITCASE

Protect your suitcase from humidity and avoid exposure to direct heat sources (radiators, car interiors during the summer).

Also avoid storing your suitcase in areas that are hot, very humid, or poorly ventilated.

When not in use, we do not recommend storing your suitcase in any of the covers provided.
