How do I set/reset the TSA lock?

Here’s how to set the combination lock for any of our cases:

You can reset the default code (0-0-0) to a new/another combination, this can be done by following the instructions below (steps 1-4).

Ultima , Altima & Discovery Range

We suggest you carry out the reset with the suitcase empty , you should use it only after you have confirmed the following.

1. You can use the slider / release button to confirm you can open the case after the reset.

2. Confirm it was set to your preferred number of choice.

Ultima , Altima & Discovery Range

1. Start with the lock open and the zipper pulls released, and make sure the dials are set to 0-0-0.

2. Use a pen or a pointed object to push the reset button down until it clicks. At this point, the reset button will automatically stay down. (The reset button is the small square button right next to the number dials.)

3. Roll the digits on the dials to a combination of your choice.

4. Slide the latch towards the dials. The reset button will pop back up and your combination will be set.

Please note that once you set your lock, no one else will know how to get in your luggage, that includes us. We suggest writing it down on the card provided, emailing the combo to yourself or saving it as a contact in your phone, anything to make sure you don’t lock yourself out.

If you need to reset the locks to a different combination follow the same steps above but start with your chosen combination instead of 0-0-0.

You can reset the code to a new /another combination after you have reset it. Follow the above steps (1-3) but start with the case open and the dials set to the code you changed it to.

Vienna Range (Discontinued)

3. Roll the digits on the dials to a combination of your choice.

4. Slide the release button (located above the dials) to the right and then you will hear a click sound again. The reset button will pop back to the left and your combination will be set.
